Essential duties include:

Essential duties consist of directing activities on the job site
Coordinating work flow, hands on work, and operating a variety of machinery.
Managing personnel effectively and efficiently.
Effectively communicating production goals and other information with crew members, supervisors, and clients.
Training and promoting the development of subordinates in the best practices of installation and company standards.
Monitoring all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance.
Recording and submitting job paperwork, certifications, materials used, time cards, etc.
Maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times.
Other duties as required.

Essential duties include:

Responsible for working as a team member under the direction of the Landscape Foreman and Project Manager.
Working closely with Foreman in the installation of landscape projects.
Maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times.
Maintaining care for company equipment, tools & vehicles.
Performing highly physical work on a consistent basis.
Meeting project schedule without sacrificing quality or customer service.
Keeping accurate time sheet records.
Attending training classes as requested.
Adhering to safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
Other duties as required.

Operating heavy equipment including but not limited to backhoes, dozers, trenchers, excavators, etc.
Safely operating industrial trucks or tractors.
